The contract with Urban Sports Club is usually billed for tax purposes using the monthly tax allowance of 50 euros (gross). Important Considerations: 1.Whether the cost is tax-deductible in your company depends on various factors, such as whether the tax allowance has already been applied to other benefits. 2.The amounts generally cannot be claimed under occupational health promotion (BGF), as certified prevention courses are not included in the offering. Each corporate member operates under different tax framework conditions. For this reason, Urban Sports Club cannot provide detailed tax advice. We recommend consulting a tax advisor for any questions, as Urban Sports Club cannot and may not replace professional, individualized advice.

What happens after your signs up for Urban Sports Club?

Once your company completes the online signup process, you will receive an email with essential details about your new employee wellbeing offer. This email includes a link to personalized registration page and step-by-step instructions for employees to sign up for their preferred membership plan. After registering, employees can use the Urban Sports Club app to: Explore and select their preferred activities. Check in seamlessly at partner venues—both on-site and online.

How can employees sign up?

After signing the cooperation agreement, your company will receive a link to a dedicated registration page where employees can sign up. On this page, employees can choose between the M Business and L Business memberships and sign up directly.

What are the costs and how are they calculated?

Your company pays a one time subscription fee. After that, the monthly cost consist of a monthly subscription fee for the company, and a contribution for each registered (non-paused) employee. Your company does not pay a fee for

Are the costs tax deductible?

In most cases, a company's cooperation with Urban Sports Club is tax deductible via the monthly tax allowance of 50 euros (gross). Whether the cooperation is tax deductible in your company, however, depends on various factors - for example, whether your tax allowance has already been used for other measures. As a rule, the costs cannot be claimed via workplace health promotion (WHP), as certified prevention courses are generally not included. However, each of our corporate customers is subject to different conditions, for this reason Urban Sports Club cannot offer a more in-depth answer. Is there a minimum number of employees who have to register?

There is no minimum number of registrations required. Of course, we hope that as many employees as possible will take advantage of our flexible sports and wellbeing offer.

What is the notice period for both companies and employees?

For companies that sign up online, the collaboration agreement have a term of twelve months with a notice period of six weeks. Employees can cancel their membership independently on a monthly basis via their account. The notice period for employees is three days before the end of the current billing period.
